Job Description

• Conduct user experience research and analysis to support design-led product development processes with a human-centered approach on the next generation of public safety applications.
• Collaborate with global UX team to review concepts, evolve processes, and ensure unity across the company.
• Utilize insights gained in user experience research to devise impactful product strategies throughout the entire team, and understand user needs to support usability testing.
• Identify user demands and opportunities product innovation.
• Leverage industry best practices to create templates and instructions for internal global design team stakeholders to standardize user experience research methodologies.
• Use design thinking to understand people's needs, looking holistically at customer interactions, and constantly iterate user journey forward.
• 10% domestic travel.
• Telecommuting permitted 1-2 days per week.

Basic Requirements

Masters degree or

Bachelors degree + 2 years experience.
