Job Title: Unarmed Security Guard

Location : Guard Shack (Saturday) & Medical Device Building (Sunday-Wednesday)
Employment Type :  Full-Time
Schedule : Tuesday- Saturday
Tuesday & Wednesday- 11:59pm-8am (graveyard)
Thursday, Friday & Saturday- 4pm-12am (late swing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Unarmed Security Guard to join our team. This position involves working at a guard shack on Saturdays and at a medical device building from Sunday to Wednesday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, monitoring access, and responding to any security-related incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medical Device Building:

  • Conduct security checks and patrols within the building.
  • Monitor security cameras and alarms.
  • Ensure that all doors, windows, and gates are secured.
  • Respond promptly to any security-related incidents or emergencies.
  • Assist with access control for employees, visitors, and contractors.
  • Maintain detailed records of all incidents, activities, and observations.
  • Foot patrol and vehicle patrol

Qualifications:

• Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record.
• Prior experience in security or a related field is preferred.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in stressful situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to work independently and follow established protocols.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay (every Wednesday) 
• Training and Development 
• Health insurance 
• Pay rate: $17-19
