New Gig Solutions is working with a CPA firm in Fort Myers, FL is currently seeking a Full-time Corporate/Individual Tax Preparer to join their growing team. Job Description:

As a Senior Tax Preparer/Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in the firm, specializing in individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and payroll tax preparation. In addition to tax preparation, you will:

• Manage payroll tax compliance for corporate clients
• Engage in tax planning and projections
• Work extensively with QuickBooks
• Prepare financial statements
• Communicate effectively with clients daily
• Analyze problems and weaknesses within client procedures and assist with alternative solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks (plus)
• Understanding of tax filing requirements and deadlines
• 3 years of experience in QuickBooks Desktop & Online (preferred)
• 1-3 years of public accounting experience (required)
• 2-3 years of tax experience (required)
