Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. You will engage with our audience, create content that aligns with our brand voice, and monitor social media trends to ensure we stay at the forefront of digital communication. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
• Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and brand mentions, providing timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns.
• Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
• Assist in the development of social media guidelines and strategies to enhance our online presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
