Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical leads to define technical requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Develop and maintain custom applications, integrations, and enhancements on the Salesforce platform.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of the Salesforce solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support and guidance to the development team.
- Stay current with Salesforce developments, releases, and best practices, incorporating relevant updates into projects. Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of all customizations and integrations.
- Participate in the planning and estimation of project timelines and resources.
- Mentor and train junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for reference and training purposes. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer, with a strong focus on Apex development.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II) are highly desirable. Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL processes.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
