Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• 2+ years of GM experience in fast-casual, fast-food, or full-service dining
• Exceed guest expectations with exceptional service
• Lead with a hands-on, proactive approach
• Exhibit a "Run it like you own it" mentality
• Represent the restaurant positively within the community
• Collaborate closely with the team, working side-by-side
• Strong people skills – hire, train, motivate, and build a cohesive team
