Job Title: Recruitment Marketing Specialist (Contract)

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 3 days in office: Tues, Wed, Thurs)

Industry: Hospitality

Pay: $35-$40 per hour

Addison Group is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist on behalf of our client, a global hospitality leader. This is a temporary contract role for approximately 6 months, reporting directly to the Global VP of Talent. You will help drive recruitment marketing strategies that align with employer branding efforts, ensuring the message of our client's corporate culture resonates across diverse channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders to meet both immediate and future hiring goals.
• Drive employer branding strategies and promote the employee value proposition (EVP).
• Implement diversity recruitment marketing initiatives and amplify corporate culture.
• Audit and enhance the career website and other candidate-facing platforms.
• Research new markets and develop tailored employer branding strategies.
• Create compelling content such as blogs, social media posts, and videos that engage target candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent network/community and execute campaigns to keep potential candidates engaged.
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• 2+ years of recruitment marketing experience, preferably with global exposure.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills with a creative marketing mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong team collaboration and attention to detail.
