**Pulmonary/Critical Care opening in Iowa**

* Located in ***Mason City, IA*** - 120 miles from Des Moines
* Full time, permanent opening
* Employed position
* Provide Pulmonology services to patients in the outpatient setting and consultation services to inpatients
* Outreach to clinic services at critical access hospitals in the area
* Share inpatient consult call
* Instruct and counsels patients regarding physical and mental health
* Order or supplies medication appropriate for the patient
* Refer patients to appropriate specialists
* Provide immediate evaluation and treatment for emergency medical problems. Directs emergency personnel in the transport of the patient
* Document all patient care activities and follow-up care
* Maintains knowledge of community services, agencies, and resources
