Job Description

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a new manufacturing client find full time Plant Operations Managers for their facility located near Dyersburg, TN.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production processes to ensure on-time completion and consistent quality.
• Optimize Performance and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and meet targets.
• Provide leadership to production and scheduling departments through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth production flow and on time completion.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and 6S principles to identify and implement process improvements and minimize product loss.
• Address customer concerns and implement process improvements based on feedback.
• Travel to other sites as needed to support production activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading people/operations in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 preferred.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as needed.
