Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and process mortgage applications, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant.
• Advise clients on their home loan options, guiding them to make the best financial decisions.
• Review loan applications, verifying borrower assets, liabilities, employment history, and other key details.
• Oversee the entire loan process, resolving title discrepancies and any issues that arise.
• Utilize and maintain CRM systems for lead management.
• Actively network and cold-call to build relationships with referral partners (real estate agents, financial advisors, etc.).
• Additional duties as needed to support client satisfaction and loan fulfillment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active and valid NMLS license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an outside loan originator.
• Consistent track record of funding at least 1 loan per month via referral partners.
• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple loans and priorities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Motivated, ethical, and capable of working independently while maintaining professionalism.
