Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Taking ownership of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
Working collaboratively with other designers, senior graphic designers, and the Head of Production to ensure that work is delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Mid/senior will also be expected to support/lead on QA.
Continuously develop and refine design skills and knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Communicating effectively and professionally with clients and team members throughout the design process.
Ensuring all projects are completed to Tone's high standards, while also performing the brand guardian role across specific accounts.
