Position: Mortgage Loan Originator

Location: Remote - AZ, CA, FL, ID, OR, TX, WA

About the Role:

As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be a vital part of guiding clients through one of their most significant financial decisions. Your role will involve assisting clients from the initial consultation through to loan closing, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

Client Consultations: Conduct thorough discussions with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
Product Education: Educate clients on various mortgage options and help them choose the best fit for their situation.
Financial Analysis: Collect and review financial information to determine eligibility and affordability.
Application Guidance: Assist clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Team Collaboration: Work with underwriters, processors, and other teams to expedite loan approvals and closings.
Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates on their loan application and addressing any concerns promptly.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
NMLS licensure.
