Position Overview:

As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will assist borrowers in selecting the right loan program, guide them through the application process, and gather necessary documentation to initiate their loan. You'll collaborate with appraisers, title officers, escrow officers, loan processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth mortgage process.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Originate mortgage loans through self-generated leads, corporate referrals, and targeted campaigns.
- Conduct thorough interviews to understand client goals and recommend appropriate products and terms.
- Process loan applications, conduct preliminary reviews, and submit completed applications for approval.
- Secure required documents promptly to facilitate processing, underwriting, and closing.
- Proactively engage in daily marketing activities to achieve monthly loan targets.
- Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
- Meet both team and individual sales and production goals.
- Maintain and utilize CRM systems effectively.

Requirements:

- Active NMLS license.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a mortgage loan originator.
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data.
- Professional interpersonal skills and a self-motivated attitude.
- Ethical conduct in all professional interactions.
