About the Role:

Land Survey Practice Leader

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Land Survey Practice Leader to join the team in Nashville TN. In this role youll lead and manage the survey department evaluate market surveying practices and oversee the firms commitment to QA/QC. If you have a strong background in conventional and advanced surveying methods and are ready to drive growth and innovation we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Lead and manage the survey department throughout the company
• Evaluate market surveying practices and technologies for both public and private clients
• Communicate and manage external clients
• Assist in business development needs
• Oversee the firms commitment to QA/QC
• Identify potential markets and growth opportunities

What You Bring:

• Bachelors or Associate degree in Surveying or related field
• 1015 years of experience in surveying with 5 years of experience leading and managing survey personnel
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Tennessee or the ability to achieve it
• Familiarity with the latest technology and emerging practices in surveying
• Experience with conventional and advanced surveying tools and techniques

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Bonus Points For:

• Expertise in BIM geospatial LiDAR unmanned aircraft systems and photogrammetry surveying methods
• Proven track record in business development and strategic planning
