About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dedicated Site Cleaner to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role, you'll ensure cleanliness and sanitation across various site areas. If you're passionate about maintaining a clean environment and have a knack for detailed cleaning, we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Cleaning areas across the site, including warehouses, break rooms, offices, and restrooms.
• Performing general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Sanitizing areas using chemicals and extremely hot water while wearing a voluntary respirator.
• Operating a floor scrubber for larger cleaning tasks.
  
• Comprehending and following all standard operation processes.
• Adhering to Environmental, Health & Safety requirements, including completing tasks safely, attending safety meetings, and mandatory EHS training.
• Reporting any unsafe conditions, unanticipated hazards, or environmental concerns.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One (1) year of work experience
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks
• Willingness to work overtime and non-Monday-Friday work weeks
• Must wear steel-toe boots and other PPE as required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and reach overhead or bend down as needed
• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Bonus Points For:

• Experience operating floor scrubbers or other cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning and sanitation practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
