Were looking for someone like you to propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.

As an IT business analyst, youll develop leading-edge business solutions. Partnering with your team of architects, developers, testers and leading junior analysts and other key stakeholders, youll identify clients business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. Youll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and youll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, youll deliver high business value products to the Veterans Administration.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience as a business or functional analyst

• Experience with facilitating requirements elaboration sessions with end users and stakeholders

• Knowledge of Agile methodology

• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to translate business needs into effective and detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria

• Experience working for the US Department of Veterans Affairs

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience as a business or functional analyst in lieu of a degree

 

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, or Kanban

• Experience in Government or Healthcare IT industries

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Azure

 

Vetting:

Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.

Compensation:
This is a mid-level Business Analyst role. The annual salary is $95,000-$105,000 annually, plus benefits, commensurate on experience.
