DTI is seeking an HR Training & Development Coordinator to advance an essential role in its Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate to join our team will be a people-person who is enthusiastic and highly organized. Responsibilities:

  • Play a lead role in developing and implementing the company's training and staff development program
  • Ensure timely trainings and certifications, maintain careful records
  • Coordinate and assist new employee orientation trainings
  • Support Human Resources personnel across a range of activities
  • Maintain strict confidentiality standards in all tasks including administrative, entering data, preparing reports and documents, maintaining records
  • Timely respond to telephone calls, emails and other inquiries
  • Perform occasional office support and administrative tasks, as necessary, to support the HR manager and other senior managers

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • Two to five years' prior work experience, preferably in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Able to focus on priorities, multi-task while remaining detail‑oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills: dependable, confident, professional in communications
  • Disciplined, even-tempered approach to daily activities
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel, in particular)
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required

Compensation:

  • To $30.00 per hour, depending on qualifications
  • Excellent benefits including health, dental, life, and disability insurance; 401K Plan, tuition reimbursement; paid holidays, sick leave and fifteen vacation days beginning year one
