Summary / Objective:

Klickly is seeking a rockstar, hands-on account manager for our eCommerce brands. In this role you'll be tasked with cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with our brand partners in a dynamic and fast-paced market. Your role involves leading strategic discussions to steer our partner management strategy towards success, identifying promising new partners for collaboration, and maximizing revenue growth through existing alliances. You'll actively engage in the sales process alongside partners, manage pipelines, and ensure comprehensive reporting and analysis to track performance against revenue and activity goals. Collaborating cross-functionally within Klickly, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering expansion opportunities with our valued partners.3-4 years experience in a sales team, account management team, or startup roles desired.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with eCommerce brand customers, optimizing their marketing strategies and driving revenue growth.
  • Identify new eCommerce brand opportunities for business expansion.
  • Manage all stages of the customer journey—from onboarding to renewal—ensuring exceptional satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall experience.
  • Regularly meet, call, and email customers to address concerns, optimize opportunities, and provide progress updates.
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions, issues, and progress in HubSpot.
  • Analyze customer outcomes to evaluate team performance and retention KPIs.
  • Implement and refine processes to enhance customer outcomes.
  • Lead and coach team members, including recruiting and training new talent.

Desired experience and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience working directly with eCommerce brands, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Proven success in managing a book of business, selling to marketing, affiliate, or advertising decision-makers.
  • Experience designing and optimizing processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Flawless organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with high integrity and discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, GSuite, HubSpot (CRM), Trello, and Slack.
  • Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
