Job Description

1. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Chinese;
2. A minimum of a college degree, with no specific major requirement;
3. Familiarity with Vietnamese customs laws and regulations;
4. At least three years of experience in customs declaration in a manufacturing factory is preferred;
5. Proficient in using office software. 1. Responsible for the review of customs declaration documents and handling abnormal customs data;

1. Assist customs brokers in organizing and preparing customs declaration documents;
2. Handle the compilation of customs clearance reports and data registration tasks;
3. Report clearance abnormalities promptly and cooperate with customs brokers to address issues in import and export customs clearance operations at ports;
4. Answer incoming calls from customers regarding import and export shipments, ensuring prompt and accurate service;
5. Notify customers in a timely manner about the submission of relevant customs documents or materials, payment of high-value taxes, and information on detained items;
6. Maintain custody of customs power of attorney documents or manuals for regular customs declaration clients;
7. Provide solutions for detained import/export shipments;
8. Assist clients with return matters;
9. Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
