Our client is looking for a Restaurant Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of new restaurants and significant remodeling projects. The role involves supervising field construction, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

Restaurant Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Understand plans, specifications, site details, local codes, and inspection procedures
• Assist the Project Manager in creating the project schedule
• Schedule and attend all necessary inspections
• Establish and maintain benchmarks and reference points for ongoing work layout
• Enforce and communicate company safety policies related to the project

Restaurant Construction Superintendent Requirements:

• Experience in restaurant ground-up construction and renovations
• Proven ability to meet and exceed deadlines
• Experience in both union and non-union environments
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 70% of the time
