Sentinel Federal Credit Union is seeking an energetic professional to serve as a Commercial and Construction Loan Processor. This role is responsible for providing clerical and servicing support for all phases of commercial and construction loan activities, including updating and providing account information by verifying that information was entered into the system correctly. The Commercial and Construction Loan Processor is responsible for accurately drafting loan documents for underwriting including ordering title work and appraisal. This role is responsible for funding closed loans, post-closing file assembly, and completing timely draw requests, inspections, and reviews. This role is also responsible for preparing monthly status reports, the processing and tracking of lien perfections and satisfactions, and communicating loan status to members, brokers, builders, appraisers, inspectors, and/or management.

• Ability to comprehend complex functions and procedures and to be able to disseminate that knowledge in a clear and understandable format to others.
• Ability to express oneself, clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts and develop solutions.
• Ability to assess needs of multiple members and prioritize requests to ensure that all members receive the highest quality of service possible. 
• Ability to present a professional and personable personality that communicates to members and visitors that the credit union is a professional financial institution.
• Ability to interact with more than one department daily.
• Ability to work within precise standardized guidelines with some latitude to make decisions and take initiative to resolve problems or unique circumstances.
• Ability to use a rational and organized approach to completing tasks.
