Branding and Communications Intern Position Purpose Summer internship created for students excited to experience the dynamics of business, marketing, branding, and communications! This internship provides hands-on learning in a corporate environment within the heavy equipment/construction industry. Your creative, analytical, and collaborative skills will play a crucial role in shaping our success. We look forward to meeting you! Branding and Communications Intern Essential Functions

• Help develop engaging content for social media, website, and other necessary channels
• Work with marketing to achieve strategic missions for increased customer touch points
• Receive professional development training in networking, skills development, and presenting
• Conduct analysis using research, business analysis capabilities, and data visualization
• Visit various branches, job sites, and events throughout the summer
• Participate in high-level marketing strategy meetings and decisions

Branding and Communications Intern Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma
• Reside in the vicinity of the internship or have ability to obtain housing (no work visa programs)
• Must be enrolled in a four-year degree program – open to many diverse skill sets (e.g., creative marketing, finance, management, MIS, etc)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker offering innovative and out-of-the-box solutions to complex problems Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and other relevant tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and individuals
• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboard use

Branding and Communications Intern Physical Requirements

• Lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds without assistance
• The ability to drive locally and to sit for long periods
