Duties and responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and supervise client's ABA program.
• Build and customize parent training and support programs.
• Provide field and/or virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
• Provide support, training, and mentorship for Behavior Technicians.
• Develop, manage, and oversee progress reports and treatment plans via Central Reach.
• Meet payor requirements and submission deadlines.
• Lead the growth of the client's ABA Program through hiring and client onboarding.
• Support referral building.

What You'll Need:

• Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid BCBA Certification.
• Applicable licensure to practice within Georgia (Preferred).
• 1+ years experience as a BCBA.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
